Earlier this term, Year 10 student, Tharje O'Brien and Visual Arts teacher, Ms Pulham co-designed the animals Kangaroo, Snake, Blue Whale, Shark and Kookaburra that are on the new mural in the quad along the retaining wall.
This wall has a bright blend of colours from an ocean blue to a desert yellow finishing with a forest green.
This makes our school quad more attractive and welcoming.
"The mural adds a visual vibrance to the quad, and cultural awareness to the school population. The animals in the mural are also a representation of the school sport houses. The mountains in the background are also designed to represent the escarpment and the natural beauty surrounding us."
